Law Firm of Walter Gabriel Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit

The Law Firm of Walter Gabriel has filed a wrongful death suit on behalf of Leon Berry. Mr. Berry was a 40-year-old construction worker who was struck and killed in a hit-and-run. According to police the driver, 21-year-old Manuel Martinez, traveled westbound on GA-120 in Paulding County at the time of the crash. Witnesses say Martinez failed to stop after the incident. He now faces a number of charges, including vehicular homicide.

Mr. Berry was a resident of Riverdale in Clayton County. He was working in Paulding County at the time of his tragic kideath. Following this most unfortunate incident, the family entrusted the Law Firm of Walter Gabriel to make sure his family received the best representation possible.
